Orders placed after 2:00 PM (your local time) will begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery takes 2–4 business days, available to most U.S. locations for a flat rate of $12.99. This option is recommended for customers needing parts for urgent repairs, projects, or replacements.
International Shipping Estimated delivery takes 10–20 business days, with a flat rate of $17.99. We optimize packaging for international shipments to minimize costs while ensuring security—small parts are packed compactly, and larger or fragile items are reinforced to withstand long-distance transit. Please note that duties and taxes may apply to international orders.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Minor delays may occur during peak seasons, carrier logistics, or due to customs processing for international orders. For bulky or heavy parts (such as auto components), delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. For international orders, we ship to select countries worldwide. 4. International Shipping Terms

6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Packages

Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
